A guy I used to be friends with has been threatening to take a baseball bat to my car because he is upset im dating his sister. Open Question: Exercises for painful back due to car accident?

Someone smashed into my stationary car at some speed on Friday. Car wrecked. I was very lucky to be mainly ok (tip - always put your handbrake on when stopped as I would have been shunted into the path of another car). The dr gave me exercises for my neck which is now pretty much fine. But my back has been not got any better at every, its really stiff and sore. Its keeping me awake at night because i can't lie on it comfortably for too long. Do you have any exercises I can safely do to make it receive better quickly - and also is this whiplash as I thought it would only affect my neck.

My boyfriend at times gets into a bad head space and doesn't want to communicate with anyone. he shelters himself and cuts himself off from me. he's done this a few times and always comes back. Last night we had a dissagreement then he passed out. But I was upset and wanted to talk about it. I tried to wake him up, he got annoyed, said fuck you, what do you want me to fuck you? fuck you. He was drunk. I stormed out, sat in my car to chilly off, he walked out and drove away in his vehicle. I begged him to stay. he gave me the finger. he texted me today, said he's ok and that he needs a few days alone. I told him he hurt me and was mean and I'm really unhappy. He said he's not responsible for my happiness. I agreed but I was just talking about last night. He said he can't handle a relationship right now. I asked if he's breaking up with me. He said give me a few days. I'm mad at myself for not letting him just pass out. I think I aggravated it but he did overreact in spite. I don't think he'll break up with me because he has a pattern of isolating. He's blatenly honest and would just break up with me if he really wanted to. I'm obsessing, lost snooze and feel like curling up in a ball. I feel like I'm waiting for him. What do I do to feel better and cease thinking of the worst?

Open Question: Will an SRT-4 Turbo Manifold fit on my 98 dodge neon DOHC?

I have a 98 neon, and a srt-4 turbo I want to put on it. I just wanted to know if the manifold would fit on without any adapters. I have heard of those mattdog adapters, maybe I need one of those? If anyone knows please answer! Thanks P.S. I'm not just some stupid kid wanted to toss a Turbo on a stock car. This car is a built car that already had a turbo on it. It has a bigger throttle body, new ECM, fuel injectors, and just about everything else. So I don't need answers on how to do it, or lessons. every I really want to know is if I can buy an SRT-4 Manifold, and bolt it right onto my 98 dodge neon DOHC. Like do the holes match up between the stock manifold, and the SRT 4 Manifold. This car has 310hp non turbo so far, so please again, NO ANSWERS ON WHAT I NEED! Thank you again.

Open Question: I need serious advice here I don't want to go to jail again!!?

I'm an 18 year old girl, and I got arrested on last Friday night because I got caught with alcohol and tobacco in my car I live right on the Utah/Arizona border so I bought the cigs in AZ but I got a citation in for them because u have to be 19 in UT. It was around 11:30 pm which is an hour after the curfew here. I was with a pal who is going to turn 18 in a month but he was below age so when the cops pulled up he jumped out and ran cuz he'd already been in trouble with the law, was on probation and couldn't afford to receive another ticket, the cops saw him run but didn't know who he was, I wouldn't tell them who he was so I got arrested for Minor Possession of Alcohol and Tobacco and Obstruction of Justice (not telling them) and 2 parking violations. I was in Jail for 24 hours and my Dad bailed me out But I have to go to court this week sometime and I dont plan on telling who was with me... k this kid is my boyfriend and I dont want him in trouble!! anyway... Will I end up in jail again? Whats going to happen if I refuse to tell the judge? Should I tell him the cops are full of it that they really didn't look anyone? aaaah I'm really freaking out so if you could offer me ANY advice or know the consequences please help me out!!

Open Question: Is 2000 bucks a good amount to get for a settlement where the medical bills are 6700 bucks?

I was in a car accident back in August 2009 and after every of the medical bills the total was about 6700 bucks. However I want to make sure I am compensated for any future medical expenses because I ended up fracturing one of my vertebrae in the accident. I went to the chiropractor and was eventually discharged from them as well. I also missed about a week of work but because there were no notes saying that I needed to they will only compensate me for a tiny amount of that as well.

Open Question: stripping and cleaning a starter motor from a car. how do i go about this?

Open Question: how do you change a garage into a bedroom?

we are turning our one car garage into a bedroom and i have no idea where to start. The floor is concrete, and one of the walls is made of these cement blocks. The ceiling, and the two other walls are drywall, but need to be cleaned off. And the garage door needs to be taken out and replaced with glass french doors. Can anyone please give me a definitive answer here ..... very conscious of keeping to speed limits on UK motorways, especially those dreaded 50mph average speed cameras, but while my speedo states I am going say 50mph, my satnav states a speed of 44mph or thereabouts. Open Question: i'm so unsure of what to do.....?

ok so i live in southern california which is super expensive and i hate it! some of my family lives in texas and i'm thinking about moving over there. Right now i'm married and have a toddler and we're still living with my in laws because we just can't afford to move out. We're in our early 20's and we have pretty decent jobs but we pay rent at my in laws and we have a car payment and every these other bills that add up and at the end of the day we really can't afford to move out. The cheapest we can find an apt is $800 and that's if we want to live in the ghetto...lol. Anyway i'm just scared to move with no $, no job, no babysitter, nothing....just a place to stay at my families until we receive settled. I mean nothing is happening here in cali so i'm telling my husband we should try it out...i mean it is so much cheaper and we could receive a beautiful home sooner and he's just so stuck on staying cause he doesn't want to leave his family. and since i'm not sure it's gonna work once he starts to doubt i give up on the idea. but i just have this strong feeling that we should go even though it's scary at the same time...anyway what do you think? thanks for reading my loooong story...lol

Open Question: Fighting photo enforced ticket at stop sign...?

I just want to look if anyone has successfully fought such a ticket... I received two tickets ($125 each) within two minutes of each other on the same day at what seems to be two different cease signs on a mountainous road. One of the cease signs I clearly saw and I know for sure that I stopped. The other one I didn't recognize in the link they sent. The car is clearly mine and I was on that road that day. However, the way the pictures and the clip show... 1) I would NEVER, EVER steer past a cease sign, even on a deserted island, as quick and as bluntly as it shows in the picture, 2) They sent two pictures and one clip for each ticket; the clips seem to be different angles but the two pairs of photos of my car ARE IDENTICAL photos. Open Question: How is it that prayer can help....?

I don't understand how people can say that prayer helps. According to Christianity, God is every powerful and every knowing. He knows the outcome of every situation that is ever going to take place, before they even happen. God knows who will accept his son as their saviour before they are even conceived. And there is no way to change God's mind. So, how is it that prayer can help? How is praying for someone to heal going to help, when only God can decide when it's someone's time to go and he already knows the exact time in which someone is going to go? At a local Church close me they have a sign outfront that they change every week. This week it says "P.U.S.H.: Pray until something happens". But having grown up a Christian I was always taught that there is nothing we can do to influence God's decisions. God is just and is going to do what he is going to do no matter what. I'm probably not making any sense, because I know Christians do believe that prayer works. I just don't understand how they can say that, given what the Bible says about God. If I pray to not receive into a car accident in my cross country trip, God already knows if I am going to receive into an accident, he knew before I was even conceived. So no amount of prayer is going to change that.

Someone else in a truck, in a parking lot on that shoulder lane sees the same opening, and goes for it as well. The parking lot vehicle ( truck) hit the right bumper of the merging vehicle. Open Question: I just got a transmission for my car June 2009?

When I bought it, it only came with a 90 day warranty. I called the company today and asked them if there was anything they could do considering it has been below a year since I purchased the tranny and they told me no. Anyway, I am wondering should I just receive my car fixed or receive a new one. I just replaced the 2 catalytic converters on it one was 150.00 and the other was 600.00. I've replaced the tires, every the O2 sensors, fuel pump, battery and had my routine oil change and tune up. I bought the car at 43k miles and it's now at 129k miles. I would not have imagined that I would have had to put so much money into a nice car expecially with low mileage (when I bought it). Its an 02 sedan but it really is a good car. Right now I am experiencing the RPM's are idled way higher than they should be. I will be at 65mph on the highway but the RPM will stay at 4 and then I receive this intense jerking if I don't ease off the accelerator. What is wrong with my car? Is it possibly a sensor or something instead of the tranny going bad on me again? Please help me.
