‘Kids Korner’ seeking more booths
As the Danish Days Foundation prepares for the 74th annual Danish Days festival in mid-September, organizers are looking for any nonprofit organization that would like to host a game or food booth at the Kids Korner section in Solvang Park.

Kids’ bake sale raises money for homeless animals
Kids Can Make a Difference raised $150 for the Goshen Humane Society at their bake sale on Aug. 14 at Knollcrest apartments in Chseter. Young kids can teach you a lot
My kids are grown now. But when they were young, they taught me a lot. Adults have money in their pockets, which is part of the problem. Kids don't really need a lot of toys. They find a way to play with whatever's at hand. Give a kid a hose on a hot summer day and he'll be fine.
